WB CLUB RULES

WILD BUNNIES • ALL PLATFORMS • CLUB MEMBER RULES

WILD BUNNIES • ALL PLATFORMS • CLUB MEMBER RULES

These rules apply to all Wild Bunnies gaming groups, communication platforms, club activities, competitions and challenges. All members are expected to read, understand and respect them.

1. CLUB TAG

All members must equip the [WILD] tag in-game when playing Apex Legends.

2. RESPECTFUL COMMUNICATION

Keep your conversations friendly, positive, decent and respectful. Treat everyone with kindness, consideration and good sportsmanship.

3. APPROPRIATE CONTENT

Only share clean and appropriate content. Sexually explicit, obscene, offensive or otherwise inappropriate messages, images and videos are prohibited. No 18+ content or content depicting, promoting or glorifying animal abuse is permitted.

4. SWEARING AND VERBAL ABUSE

We understand that swearing is fairly common among gamers, especially in Battle Royale and FPS games. While we don't mind a little swearing here and there, we do not, under any circumstances, tolerate swearing, insults or abusive language directed at another member or group.

5. SENSITIVE TOPICS

To maintain a welcoming and respectful environment, discussions, debates and jokes involving religion, politics, sexuality or sexual orientation are not permitted in club groups or activities.

6. CONFLICTS AND COMPLAINTS

Never fight with, publicly accuse or confront another person in a club group. If you have a complaint or concern involving another member, please raise it through the club's official Talk to Admin channel so that the admins can review the matter and take appropriate action where necessary.

7. GOOD SPORTSMANSHIP

Don't be a jerk! Don't belittle others, be rude or deliberately provoke other players. Win with humility, lose with dignity and always be a good sport!

8. CHEATING AND DISHONEST CONDUCT

Cheating and violations of EA's rules are strictly prohibited. Members may not use macros, Strike Packs, Cronus devices or any similar hardware or software that provides an unfair competitive advantage. This policy applies to all club activities, competitions, leaderboards and challenges. Submitting false entries, stolen content, manipulated results or engaging in any other form of dishonest participation is strictly prohibited. The admins reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and take appropriate disciplinary action where there is sufficient evidence of misconduct.

9. ACCOUNT BOOSTING

We do not condone account boosting, rank manipulation or playing on another person's account to obtain ranks, achievements or statistics they have not earned themselves. Promoting or offering account-boosting services within the club is prohibited. Playing alongside more skilled players while using your own account is not, by itself, considered account boosting.

10. ZERO TOLERANCE FOR TOXICITY AND BULLYING

Wild Bunnies maintains a strict anti-bullying and no-toxicity policy. Harassment, intimidation, discrimination, deliberate humiliation and repeated toxic behaviour will not be tolerated.

11. CLUB CONTENT AND SOCIAL MEDIA

By participating in club activities, competitions and challenges, members acknowledge that gameplay footage, screenshots, gamertags, results and submitted content may be shared on the club's website and social media platforms, including Facebook and TikTok, for the purpose of promoting and celebrating the Wild Bunnies community.

12. DISCIPLINARY ACTION AND ADMIN AUTHORITY

The club admins reserve the right to issue warnings, suspend or permanently remove any member who violates the club's rules. All disciplinary decisions are made at the admins' discretion and shall be final and binding on the member concerned. The admins reserve the right to take any action they deem necessary to protect the best interests of the club, its members and the community as a whole.

WB CHEATING POLICY

WB CHEATING POLICY

ZERO TOLERANCE CHEATING POLICY

1. ZERO TOLERANCE FOR CHEATING

Wild Bunnies maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for cheating. This applies to all WB Challenges, Scrims, Customs and general Apex Legends games involving club members. The use of cheats, hacks, macros, Strike Packs, Cronus devices or any other prohibited hardware or software that provides an unfair competitive advantage is strictly forbidden.

Dishonest participation in club challenges, including manipulated screenshots, false submissions, stolen content or fabricated results, is equally prohibited.

2. REPORTING CHEATING IN CLUB CHALLENGES

If you suspect another member of cheating or submitting dishonest entries in a club challenge, report your concerns privately through the official Talk to Admin channel. Provide any relevant evidence that supports your claim. The admins will investigate the complaint, review the available evidence and determine whether any rules have been violated. Challenge-related cheating complaints are handled exclusively by the admins and do not require community voting.

3. REPORTING SUSPECTED IN-GAME CHEATING

If you suspect another member of cheating or using prohibited devices or software during gameplay, do not accuse or confront them publicly. Record the suspicious gameplay and submit the footage privately through the official Talk to Admin channel. The admins will review the footage to determine whether there are reasonable grounds for concern.

4. COMMUNITY REVIEW AND VOTING

The Wild Bunnies admins are not experts in identifying cheating devices, prohibited software or cheating behaviour, nor do we claim to be. For this reason, we believe that suspected in-game cheating should not be judged solely on the opinions or assumptions of the admins. If the submitted gameplay footage raises genuine concerns, the relevant clips will be presented to the club for a community review and vote, allowing members to collectively evaluate the available evidence. The accused player's gamertag and identifying information will be concealed to ensure that members evaluate the gameplay itself rather than the identity of the player. Community voting applies only to suspected in-game cheating, not to disputes involving club challenge submissions.

5. VOTING OUTCOME AND DISCIPLINARY ACTION

If the majority of valid votes conclude that the gameplay demonstrates cheating, the player will be removed from Wild Bunnies, following verification of the voting results by the admins. The admins may then disclose the identity of the removed member when communicating the outcome to the club. For challenge-related violations, the admins reserve the right to reject or disqualify submissions, revoke results, issue warnings, suspend or permanently remove members, depending on the nature and severity of the violation.

6. RIGHT TO RESPOND

Before a final disciplinary decision is made, the accused member will be given a reasonable opportunity to respond privately to the allegations and provide an explanation or additional supporting evidence. The admins will consider the member's response alongside the available evidence before proceeding with any disciplinary action. In cases involving suspected in-game cheating, the member's response will be considered before the community voting process is initiated. Their identity will remain confidential throughout the voting process.

7. NO PUBLIC ACCUSATIONS

Members may not publicly accuse, name, shame, harass or spread rumours about another player suspected of cheating. All allegations must be submitted privately to the admins with supporting evidence. No evidence = no accusation. Personal disagreements, suspicions or rumours alone do not constitute proof of cheating.

8. FAIRNESS AND CLUB INTEGRITY

The purpose of this policy is to protect the integrity of Wild Bunnies while ensuring that all members are treated fairly. We take cheating seriously, but we also believe that accusations must be supported by evidence and handled responsibly, without prejudice, rumours or personal agendas.

The admins reserve the right to take appropriate action to protect the best interests of the club and its members
